April 2025The condo was in a perfect location with an amazing balcony looking over the beach/ocean. The living room and kitchen have 6 beautiful windows overlooking the ocean. The bedrooms are toward the back. This is an endcap unit. There was plenty of space for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. If partners were to come it still would have been plenty of space. The condo was in a perfect location for us. We could walk to several restaurants, a market, ice cream, and retail stores. We were there for a Junior Beach volleyball tournament and the location was right next to the courts so it was very convenient. The place was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. We did not cook since we were not there long but I did notice there were plenty of cooking items. The place was overall excellent and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a convenient place on Gulf Shores.

April 2025Pros - Great view, place had good beds and plenty of linens. The couches, chairs and balcony furniture were plenty comfy. There was even a bit of coffee and filters waiting. There were also plenty of beach towels, that was nice. The pool and pool area were nice to use. The walkway to the beach was good also. Easy to walk to the nearby hangout and other eating places and shops. Not many cons, it could have been cleaner and the tv remotes were frustrating to use (even with included instructions). Overall, we would be glad to stay here again.

April 2025Lance was very responsive to any messages I sent. He sent several messages prior to our stay and throughout our visit to check in, which I appreciated. His home was very clean…no weird smells. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again:)

March 2025The location and floor level of the condo was perfect!! The condo was very comfortable and clean even though it could use some updating. Lance was very responsive when I was asking questions about parking but would not reply to me when I asked about the missing sofa bed. The listing stated the sofa was a sofa bed and it was not. I was counting on the bed for sleeping. The windows in the front of the condo were gorgeous but I wish they would have had curtains. The very first night that we stayed, there was a very wild thunder and lightening storm.

September 2024Location is the absolute best!! 1 block away from the Hangout. Right on the beach. Watching the exquisite sunrises was mesmerizing. The condo was very large, had enough room for 7 with more area to enjoy. The host had spare blankets, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys and floating items on the balcony. The pool is larger in person than in pictures. The host checked on us while we were there. I was extremely impressed and plan on going back. It was a great deal for Labor Day weekend. Thanks for having us!!!

June 2024This place was perfect for my family! I love the sectional and recliners in the family room as we could all sit in the afternoons and spend time together. In some places we have stayed that wasn’t able to happen. I have zero complaints besides I felt there could have been a few more cleaning supplies for me to clean up after my family. I know most people aren’t cleaning while on vacation but I’m a little different. lol! My family will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Gulf Shores!

June 2023We decided to go to the beach last minute and Lances condo just happened to be available. I booked it immediately and so glad I did! It was just as described and he communicated with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures do not do this condo justice, the view is AMAZING and the location was very accessible to anywhere we wanted to go in the area! Will definitely be back!!

July 2022Great location, view was nice and the condo is walking distance from to several restaurants. The place definitely needs some maintenance done (ceiling fan in one room is about to fall out of the ceiling) no blinds in the living room to block out the sun, if your used to sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress the beds may not be for you, drywall looks terrible along with the paint job. You can get better rates booking directly from what I gathered from other guest and the office staff.For what I paid, I expected the condo to be tidy and clean, I suggest you take a pair of house shoes. Parking is around $30 a vehicle and you are limited to only 2 parking passes ( We had 3 cars, we had to park the 3rd one in a public parking lot down from the condo) the parking pass information wasn't disclosed until after the condo was rented, the cost for parking was never disclosed until arrival. I expected more for what I paid!..

May 2022We enjoyed staying here. The views were amazing and the floor plan was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything but maybe a grocery store and it was just a short drive away. I loved sitting on the patio every morning drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins play!
