We just purchased and totally refreshed this condo. This corner unit has amazing views of west-beach and east down past the “The Hangout” We purchased this condo for 3 features: 1. Full length windows - The Views 2. Walking distance to everything - The Location 3. Low density condominium - Uncrowded

We just refreshed everything! New - sheets, linens, cookware, patio furniture, appliances, decor, Smart TVs, High speed wifi upgrade (300+ MBPS)

> The Views! Standing in the kitchen you can see out of the corner window down the beach and out the main windows straight to the waves crashing on the sand.
> Fully equipped with cookware, dining wear, dual brew coffee maker, ice maker and small appliances.
> Large peninsula bar area for 4+
> Lots of counter space.

> Floor-to-ceiling full length windows facing the beach.

> We try to keep beach chairs and an umbrella stocked, but sometimes guests take them by accident.


Parking
> A parking pass is required. They can be purchased at the office on floor 1 in the east building for $50.
> Up to 2 cars are allowed during your stay.

We decided to go to the beach last minute and Lances condo just happened to be available. I booked it immediately and so glad I did! It was just as described and he communicated with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures do not do this condo justice, the view is AMAZING and the location was very accessible to anywhere we wanted to go in the area! Will definitely be back!!

The view was great. We saw dolphins from the balcony. Location was within walking distance of many amenities. The cleaning crew missed a few things throughout the condo, but it wasn't enough to hinder a great vacation.

Nice clean condo! Beachfront view was perfect! Condo is equipped with all necessities needed! Only issue is paying $30 per car to park at the place! This should be included in stay!

Great location, view was nice and the condo is walking distance from to several restaurants. The place definitely needs some maintenance done (ceiling fan in one room is about to fall out of the ceiling) no blinds in the living room to block out the sun, if your used to sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress the beds may not be for you, drywall looks terrible along with the paint job. You can get better rates booking directly from what I gathered from other guest and the office staff.For what I paid, I expected the condo to be tidy and clean, I suggest you take a pair of house shoes. Parking is around $30 a vehicle and you are limited to only 2 parking passes ( We had 3 cars, we had to park the 3rd one in a public parking lot down from the condo) the parking pass information wasn't disclosed until after the condo was rented, the cost for parking was never disclosed until arrival. I expected more for what I paid!..

We enjoyed staying here. The views were amazing and the floor plan was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything but maybe a grocery store and it was just a short drive away. I loved sitting on the patio every morning drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins play!
