Located in a very popular spot on the beach, SEAWINDS condominium is in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walk to all the fun spots and best restaurants.
Wake up to the sound of crashing waves in the gulf front master suite. Prepare your fresh coffee and breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Then make your way to the balcony on the 18th floor with views of the warm sea below and white sands as far as the eye can see! It has to be one of the best reviews and views on Gulf Shores.
Sit on the outside sofa on the south facing balcony while sipping your coffee, catch a dolphin jumping in the sea or enjoy the panoramic views. There are no noise distractions here from people on the beach below only nature, birds, warm sea breezes, clean sea air and sounds of the waves. Once you sit down you will find it hard to leave!
Alternatively, have a meal either inside by the kitchen or on the balcony as the sun sets.
The Master and Guest bedrooms both have now king size beds. Linens are high thread count and very comfy. The bedrooms each have smart tv's and blu ray DVD players.
A separate room for the kids with full bunk sleeps 4 with smart TV.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and some beach toys.
Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with views of the gulf and sliding doors onto a spacious balcony with both table and chairs and comfy sofas.
There is a heated indoor/outdoor pool. Kiddie pool which is gated and located as you walk down to gain gated entry to the beach along side 3 cooking grilles. The hot tub, bbq area, 1800 sq ft. high tech fitness and sauna center overlooking the beach.
There is covered secure parking. Parking passes are $30.00 per car, Max 2 cars per unit. 1 complementary parking pass will be left on the kitchen counter.
Fancy a cold beer or a meal on the beach, Sea and Suds is a minute walk from the condo. Alternatively, The Hangout, Pink Pony, Bahama Bobs are all within a ten minute walk.
Digital keypad for easy self-check in and access during your stay.
The keyless entry code will be sent via Air BnB Messenger the morning of check in.
Smoking is not allowed on balconies.
Seawinds is located in a very popular area in Gulf Shores. You are within walking distance to many great restaurants and entertainment. This is super valuable since parking is very limited near the beach.
No smoking or animals are allowed per the HOA.

We are very responsive to our guests. 1 week prior to check-in you will receive a message with the complex address and reservation details. 1 day prior to check-in you will receive a message with your check-in instructions. At check-in time you will receive a message and a text with your door code to access the condo.
Seawinds is a great complex, featuring: Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Splash Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness center, Sauna, private beach access, beach showers, grilling and patio area.

April 2024Absolutely beautiful place on the beach with balcony facing ocean. Location is amazing! The guards and staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to others. We are planning on a trip next year. Building was easy to find. Getting in the condo was easy and explained well. Arriving at 2a and knowing if we could park in the parking garage or where was a bit confusing but all in all it worked out. Close to pretty much anything you could want or need. Loved opening the balcony doors to be greeted with the sound of the ocean and birds!

April 2024We spent 2 days of spring break here and loved it. The view from the 18th floor was amazing. The condo is well equipped. We appreciated the 2 beach chairs and sand toys. We slept well and loved being just steps from the beach. The beach was quite crowded but that’s probably because of spring break and lots of other high rise places around. Walking distance to The Hangout. Close to many other restaurants, grocery stores and shops too.

March 2024This was a wonderful place to stay. It was right on the beach with plenty of parking and easy beach access. The balcony was great for when the weather wasn't perfect - we watched the storm from the comfort of the seating out there. It was easy to check-in with the pin pad and everything was very clean. Everything was as promised in the listing. I would definitely book this condo again for another trip to Gulf Shores.

There was a store close by for groceries or other needs, close to restaurants, the beach access was easy and close. The elevators were fast….we liked that. We will definitely be back!

The condo was more than we expected, with very comfortable, fully updated rooms, lovely furniture, and everything we needed for a fine stay. Lance -- the host -- saw to it that the place was well stocked, and we wanted for nothing, from coffee filters to bottle openers to a cheese grater. Fixtures and appliances worked very well. The instructions and responsiveness from the host were top-notch, and Lance was very accommodating when we had one unusual request. I couldn't recommend this stay more. Thank you, Lance!

There was a cute work space next to the window in the master bedroom which worked out great for me. The deck offers a perfect place to take a nap or relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the beach. October 2023Loved the location of this condo, within the building and along the beach. Walking distance to just about everything and it was nice to have a small convencience store across the street. I was worried it would be too high but it was perfect! Loved the views and that it was high enough to be private from the beach walkers, even at night with the lights on inside the condo. The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen and had nice balcony furniture. The beach supplies were great also: towels, chairs & umbrella. It only had 3 wash cloths in the condo which seemed limited considering we had 5 people and were staying 8 days. We had to wash them several times throughout the week. It was nice to have security on hand and we got to know the elevator attendants throughout the week. The communication from Lance was great. Not only did he send emails with checkin and checkout instructions but he also sent texts twice throughout the week to check on us. I would definitely recommend it!

April 2023Can’t say enough about Lance’s place. Couldn’t have been easier to access the beach, and the location RIGHT on the Gulf was so nice. Close to great restaurants and grocery stores, extremely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, convenient wagon with beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Couldn’t find beach towels but used other towels in closet. Lance was very responsive when I had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi and granted us a later checkout as well to better accommodate our flight schedule. Would definitely recommend Lance’s condo!

March 2023My family and I loved the location of this condo. It was very neat and clean. I think the only minor issue is that the walls could use a good scrubbing. But it’s probably just from people rubbing and brushing things against the walls. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The laundry room even had Tide Pods in it. The unit has a wagon and beach chairs and also a pack n play which was amazing for my 5 year old with cerebral palsy because I let her sleep in it without worry if she fall because she doesn’t walk. I would definitely recommend this unit and would definitely rent again. We received text checking on us throughout our stay which was a great thing. The views are amazing from the 18th floor. The elevators can be a bit of a wait at times due to the fact that there are only two for the entire building but it’s definitely not a deterrent from renting this unit. Also, I do think that parking passes should be included in the cost of the rental.

February 2023Condo was clean, comfortable and had a nice view. Overall very nice. Per Lance’s instructions, we purchased a $40 parking pass when we arrived only to find a free parking pass when we got to the room. We tried to go to the office to get reimbursed, but the office said the host would have to give us our money back. I’ve sent 3 text messages to Lance explaining what happened and checking on getting reimbursed. He has responded to none of my messages. I even told him his wording on his listing should be updated with the price change and also that he should have mentioned the complimentary pass in the room. He has since deleted the previous wording so I know he has read my texts but refuses to respond. So while the condo was nice, due to poor communication and lack of customer service, I would not rent from Lance again. It was very disappointing and a typographical error on his part. His instructions were incorrect and could have easily been resolved but I guess he’s decided against that.

You can see huge pelicans fly past the balcony and in that time you’ll think you’ve gone to the prehistoric time, huge bonus that the “dinosaur birds” flew by lol. The ice maker did not work the entire time we were there and I never got a response on how to make it work. There was only one working beach chair, so bring some if you can! Loved the cart to pull all of our stuff to the beach! No coffee in the room, so don’t forget that! Overall it felt like home! We loved it!

Everything was exactly as pictured, and we spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the sun and great views! We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets as well. Lance was a great communicator and made everything easy and enjoyable. Thank you, we'll be back!

The proximity to restaurants was amazing too. The condo was very clean and really had everything we needed. Lance was really great at communicating since we booked truly 7 hours before we arrived. December 2021This place is beautiful, exactly as pictured! It was spacious, clean, well-cared for and well-appointed. The views are AMAZING! We stayed over Christmas and were able to watch both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Location is walking distance to many restaurants and shops with a little market directly across the road for any last-minute needs. We will definitely return to Gulf Shores and hopefully this unit!

(Chairs, umbrella, buggy and enough towels) Great location, right on the beach. There is a splash pad for the kids, a hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool. Our kids had a great time going back and forth between the beach and pool area! Overall a great place to stay!
